Service Coordinator

Department: Service - Mumbai Office
Location: Navi Mumbai
  • Providing the BEST SERVICE in every manner to the all customers towards our ALL make machines and ensuring that PHILLIPS MACHINE TOOLS INDIA PVT LTD has the best service department by obtaining quality service with qualified staff, service / application engineers and providing proper service support.

 

  • Giving all the 100% support to service managers and service engineers by attending maximum service calls of the customers and engineers.

 

  • Making a complete registration in lotus notes by updating proper information (i.e. contact person, email id, #, m/c problem etc.)

 

  • Making new machine masters for assigned region and to fulfill all the required and needful details in the machine record. (I.e. machine inst & comm. date, all m/c specifications like unlocks code, optional codes, software etc.)

 

  • Giving the helpful and positive feedback to the respective team leader, manager and to the customers in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction.

 

  • Following up with the customers and engineers for outstanding payment against service and AMC, Following up with the engineers and respective HFO's regarding inst & comm. report copies and Contributing at the highest level to accomplish of the mission of PHILLIPS MACHINE TOOLS INDIA PVT LTD.

 

  • Making service request entries for all non-warranty visits and to issuing tax invoices to the customer.

 

  • Sending Pre-installation detailed information along with proper machine drawings to the customers for upcoming ALL machine at the customer end.

 

  • Preparing and maintaining all the activities related to service activities as and when require. (i.e. Inst & comm. certificate, application/maintenance training certificates etc)

 

  • Generating the proper and detailed daily service schedule in line with team leader as per the service request priority received to us.

 

  • Developing and maintain the better relationship with all existing customer to meet the schedule and required response through the better Service.

 

  • Sending various kind of service quotations to the customers (i.e. Preventive maintenance, labor charges, additional application/maintenance training, geometry test, machine Re-installation etc)

 

  • Interaction and to review with service partners for all daily service activities.
